As you navigate your ketamine experiences, interaction plays a crucial role in your healing journey. Ideally, working with an integration psychotherapist who has experience and training in ketamine-assisted therapy is the best option. However, this may not be feasible for everyone, especially if you come from backgrounds that are not commonly shared among psychotherapists. Additionally, multiple psychotherapy sessions can be cost-prohibitive for many. To address this, we provide information about online integration circles that operate on a donation basis. The information about providers and services contained on this website does not constitute endorsement or recommendation by Isha Health. It is your responsibility to verify and investigate providers and services. We endeavor to keep this information current, but if you come across any errors, or if you are aware of other donation-based integration circles, please let us know by emailing info@isha.health.

1. Psychedelic Integration Circle

Host: San Francisco Psychedelic Society

When: 6 pm - 8 pm PST on the First Tuesday of every month

How often: Monthly

Where: Virtual

Where to sign up: https://psychedelicsocietysf.org/events/

Fees: Donation is encouraged

About the circle :

How can we find the diamond in the shadow? How can we explore and integrate our wounded self with the help of psychedelics?

If you've had a psychedelic experience (including near-death, meditation, and other spiritual experiences) that you are struggling to make sense of, this integration circle provides an opportunity to share, explore, and understand its impact as a community. The circle will be facilitated by psychologists and counsellors with extensive experience in clinical, shamanic, and indigenous healing practices. We will provide tools to go on a self-exploration journey and discover the diamonds in the shadow all together! ---⁣

This donation-based circle will begin with an expansion meditation. It will be followed by a 5-10 min educational presentation about a specific framework in an open discussion format, and it will continue to hold the space for sharing, questions, and feedback.

Please bring a journal, a pen, and any other sacred items you’d like to place on the virtual altar.

Facilitated by Sonia Troiani Doulton and Howard Whitehouse

2.  Psychedelic Recovery

Host: San Francisco Psychedelic Society

When: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm PST on Wednesdays

How often: Weekly

Focus: People in recovery from addiction

Where to sign up: https://psychedelicsocietysf.org/events/

Fees : Donation is encouraged

About the circle :

We are a group of peers in recovery that believe that psychedelics and plant medicines can help us recover from addictive patterns that we are ready to release from our lives. We gather regularly to support one another to effectively understand and integrate these life-changing tools.

Members of PR have either already experienced the transformative capacity of psychedelics, are currently using them to heal, or are interested in learning what role they may play in their recovery. Beyond addiction, some individuals may turn to psychedelics to aid in mental health, personal growth, personal development and well-being.

Whether you are recovering from addiction and utilizing psychedelics as a tool to heal yourself or struggling with dependency and looking for a unique path to recovery, or know someone who is, this group is for you.

This is a sober, anonymous meeting and safe space. Please do not come intentionally high. This is not a 12 -step meeting. Many of us are here because traditional recovery methods have not provided adequate recovery.

We will start with a meditation, followed by a sharing circle and conscious discussion. This group focuses on intentional use for addiction recovery. We welcome those with experience using these medicines and newcomers alike.

We encourage people to attend regularly so we can continue building a strong group and recovery network.

Where: Virtual

Where to sign up: https://www.asianpsychedeliccollective.org/events

About the circle:

Integration comes in all shapes and sizes, varying by person and context, but the support and power of the circle is undeniable. Wherever we may be on our path, gathering in circle offers a time and space for us to come together and walk alongside each other in support - to be seen, heard, witnessed, and to share our stories, and together, weave a collective remembering and wisdom.

This circle will be a safe space and time for us to share openly and support each other and our psychedelic experiences. We will explore, learn, and grow a little wiser from each other and closer in community.

Remember, it doesn't matter if the experience you're wanting to integrate is recent or old, if you're new to the circle or a regular, or if your intention was ceremonial or recreational... all are welcome. We look forward to seeing you.

In the spirit of deep connection, this free event is specifically for Asians.

4. BIPOC Integration Circle

When: 1 pm - 2:30 pm PST on Sundays

How often: Weekly

Focus: BIPOC

Where: Virtual

Where to sign up: https://www.theancestorproject.com/circle

This gathering is for BIPOC who have had a psychedelic experience in the past.

We hold BIPOC Integration Circles four Sundays a month as a safe space to share anything you'd like about your journeys in altered states of consciousness. All circles are facilitated by TAP co-creator Dre, or by vetted TAP facilitators.

We open the circle with introductions and intention setting, followed by a prayer of gratitude to our ancestors led by Dre. We will then discuss and set group norms, and open the circle for sharing.

The purpose of a psychedelic integration circle is to create a safe space for people to talk about non-ordinary states of consciousness and offer peer support, educational information, and harm reduction strategies to our community members who work with psychedelic and entheogenic substances.

We can’t ignore the fact that many psychedelic and consciousness expanding communities are overwhelmingly White. We are committed to carving out space for BIPOC journeyers of all backgrounds to integrate powerful experiences into their everyday lives for radical personal + communal transformation.

This circle is free. Please respect that this is a safe space for BIPOC. All other Ancestor Project events are open to all folks. Thank you.

Access link is sent out 24hrs and 2hrs prior to the circle start.

About the circle :

Psychedelic integration circles can be a remarkable space to meet with like-minded people. We all bring a piece of the puzzle, and sharing our experiences allows us all to grow. Simply by being present and being ourselves, we realize that we have so much to offer. Coming together in a spirited way to unpack beautiful, insightful, terrifying, confusing, and magical experiences. We get a chance to raise the vibration and the quality of connection for us, the community, and the world.

Mt. Tam’s Integration Circles and Educational events seek to be a welcoming space for people who want to discuss entheogenic use in a healthy way, for psychological healing and spiritual growth.

When we have an intense or profound psychedelic experience, it can be hard to describe, especially when we don’t have anyone to talk about it with. Giving voice to our experience with like-minded people can enable us to put things in perspective, gain new insight, and find a resolution.

By listening to other’s experiences, we can learn about how they try to ensure safe and healthy use, gathering a collection of tools and best practices.

All of our Circles give people an opportunity to meditate together, share their stories, ask questions, give and receive feedback. We are excited to hear all of your voices and look forward to learning from all of you.
