Meet the ISHA Health Team: Experts in Ketamine Therapy for Depression and Anxiety

Dr. Mai Shimada is an entrepreneur and an emergency medicine physician with over 10 years of experience working in multiple emergency rooms and administering ketamine to hundreds of patients. She decided to start Isha Health ketamine-assisted therapy clinic after discovering the benefits of ketamine for mental health. She is part of UC Berkeley Psychedelics Facilitator Program.

Steve is an LMFT with extensive experience providing ketamine-assisted therapy(KAT). He had worked full-time providing KAT in person and is excited to provide KAT online to make it accessible to more people. He is also passionate about therapeutic music.

Soh Shimada is a successful technologist formerly the founding CTO at ZEALS.co.jp. When he was under a lot of stress as the CTO and ended up being in the hospital, he realized the importance of the mental health. He is an enthusiastic supporter of psychedelic medicine and excited to bring the benefits of psychedelics to more people.

Robert is the data specialist formerly the data scientist at Stripe. He received PhD in biomedical engineering form the University of Virginia and was a co-founder of Zished, the first gifting e-comerce startup targeted at the Ghanaian and West African market. He is passionate about changing the world for the better with technology.

Moco is an Exotic Shorthair and an advocate for KAT(ketamine-assisted therapy) with a cat movement.
